Their 88 Series 18 degree layback seats are constructed from TIG-welded .100 in. 5052 grade aluminum with additional MIG welding to add strength. These 88 Series seats are designed with contoured elongated bottoms, reinforced for added thigh and hip support and fitted with energy-absorbing padding on the seat bottom. For protection, they're built with rib and shoulder supports, plus adjustable head restraints.
